We have a 7-day return policy on all art or art-related merchandise, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds & Exchanges on Tarot Services
All Tarot services including mentoring, courses and readings by video conference, email, streaming or download, are non-refundable unless there is a failure on our end to deliver.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you fail to show up to an appointment with no contact, you will not receive a refund.
Once the fulfillment of the service has begun, the sale is considered final and you will not be refunded or qualify for exchange for any reason. If we have not yet reached your turn in the queue for email readings and no work has begun, you may qualify for an exchange or store credit.

We will notify you to let you know if you qualify for a refund or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
